Tholáge treats depression\, anxiety\, trauma and other mental health diagnoses. It is a system of protocols meant to help patients learn to manage their own nervous systems and help them move directly inside the Window of Tolerance. This will be a lunch and learn for therapists who want to learn about getting certified\, patients who want to learn more\, and businesses who want to incorporate this treatment into their practices. Deanna will take time to explore the neuroscience behind the treatment. After the presentation she will take time to practice and show some of the exercises/techniques involved and answer questions.
