Career Fair Registration Form

Thank you for your interest in applying to participate in the 2025 DCCMS/LCIDA Career Fair & Hiring Expo on March 12, 2025, at Dixon High School, 300 Mark Dallas Way. Priority will be given to DCCMS Investors. We are hoping to make this event a great success for our employers, students, and community but will need your help to do so!  Please consider the following notes before applying:

  • This event is free to participate for DCCMS investors and $50 for nonmembers.
  • Each participant will be provided one booth with a skirted table, chairs and signage.
  • This event includes a career fair for high school students in the morning (8 to 11 a.m.) and a hiring expo (noon to 2 p.m.) for the general public in the afternoon. Booths are required to stay until noon.
  • Lunch will be provided to those who stay for the afternoon hiring portion.
  • Engagement with students is key!  Please provide an item for booth visitors to take away; a giveaway, an info sheet that explains more about the available career paths. Be creative!
  • Please bring props that help tell the story of the actual jobs and available career paths. Potential props could include portable machinery, tools, technology.  The more interactive your station is, the more visitors you will have.
  • Anyone entering the premises will need to be screened through Dixon Public School’s Raptor system.
