For years, college and community leaders have talked about the Impact Program as a powerful force in our region. At this Lunch and Learn, we’ll shift the spotlight and hear directly from those who know it best; Impact students themselves.

Students will share their stories and reflections on how the Impact Program has shaped their educational journeys, helped them overcome challenges, and built the confidence and skills they need to succeed in college, careers, and as future community leaders.

This engaging conversation offers an authentic, student-centered look at why the Impact Program matters. More than an access initiative, it is a catalyst for long-term economic growth and a stronger future for our region; told through the voices of the students who are living its impact every day.
