Join us on July 23rd from 12pm to 6pm for a community open house at Shining Star Children’s Advocacy Center. Shining Star CAC serves children and families from Ogle and Lee counties who have been affected by child abuse. Attend our open house to learn more about the services we offer children and families, tour our center, and meet our staff.
