Tasha Garcia
After sitting in the audience at this very summit just one year ago, she made a bold commitment that reshaped the direction of her life and leadership.
Tasha has spent nearly a decade leading complex digital operations, building accountable teams, and solving high level operational challenges. She is recognized for her ability to cut through noise, drive clarity in fast moving environments, and develop leaders who take ownership and execute with confidence.
She is the co-founder of Generations Woven, a growing women’s initiative creating intentional spaces for leadership, connection, and growth. Through her keynote, “I Didn’t Have to Die to Change My Life,” Tasha challenges leaders to stop waiting for crisis and start setting dates that change their trajectory.

Alonzo is recognized as one the nation’s leading experts on leadership development, strategic thinking, planning, and acting which results in individual and organizational goal achievement. He has appeared on America’s Premier Experts which airs on major networks across the country including ABC, NBC, CBS, and FOX.
He serves on the National Board of Directors for the ACLU (American Civil Liberties Union) representing the State of Wisconsin, the Fire and Police Commission for the City of Howard, the Board of Directors for Family Services of Brown County, and the Women’s Fund Grants Team through the Greater Green Bay Community Foundation.

Lunch Workshop
Dr. Sara Dail, Assistant Superintendent at Sterling Public Schools, will speak at the Lunch Workshop at Post House Ballroom, 100 W. Second St.
Dail has been employed by Sterling Public Schools during her entire career. She started in education as a Kindergarten teacher, a 5th grade teacher and a literacy coach. She obtained her administrative and doctoral degrees and moved into positions such as Director of Student Services, Principal, and currently serves in the role of Assistant Superintendent and will move to the role of Superintendent for the 2028-2029 school year.
She is an adjunct professor for the Western Illinois University and teaches courses in the Educational Leadership department.
Session Topic: Difficult conversations often feel overwhelming—not just because of the topic, but because of the unseen dynamics beneath the surface. In this session, you’ll uncover what really makes these conversations so challenging and leave with practical strategies to navigate them with greater confidence, clarity, and success. Additionally we will discuss how to get to know your team in ways that matter most!
