Rock River Garden Club's annual fundraiser under the tent on the gorgeous Dixon Riverfront. This year's theme is Tacos and Tequila. Upscale Mexican-themed menu, party and specialty drinks. It’s always a beautiful, European-themed night along the Riverfront for Venetian Night! Magicians, street performers, face painting, spaghetti eating contest, mini boat races, a glow stick party, mystery rock hunt, fireworks and more. The 2023 event featured local restaurants Mama Cimino’s, B.B.Y. Chicken and Carry Out, and Kona Ice. It’s a family favorite every year!

The annual Christmas Walk is one of the premier Discover Dixon events, with a 35-year history of bringing holiday cheer to the community! The event begins each year with the KSB Hospital tree lighting, and features free photos with Santa, horse-drawn wagon rides, carolers, the Dixon Municipal Band, and more! It’s a can’t-miss event for so many in Dixon!
