The Lee County Industrial Development Association (LCIDA) is a not-for-profit 501(c)6 countywide economic development organization whose mission is to promote, develop, and facilitate industrial, commercial, and business enterprises in Lee County, Illinois, including aiding in the retention and expansion of current businesses. LCIDA works with government officials, business leaders, and community members on site selection, marketing, real estate transactions, incentive opportunities, financing, and workforce development in order to bring economic growth to our county.
