    This summer, you’re going to get the opportunity to try out so many exercise options during the Fitness Friday season at the Riverfront! Instructors from different local fitness businesses/organizations will offer new disciplines each week! Sessions are free and start at 7 a.m. Participants must being their own mat. Unleash your creativity as you design your own sparkling literary “masterpiece.” Participants will be provided with all supplies needed to bedazzle their favorite books with rhinestones and add a touch of shimmer to their shelves. Please bring your own paperback book to decorate.

    The OSF Saint Katharine Moms on the Move group gives mothers the opportunity to enjoy low-impact physical activity while connecting with others and learning about various topics in motherhood. This group meets at the Dixon walking path, located near Peoria Avenue and River Street. Open to anyone with children. Stroller friendly!

    Each Tuesday at 10:00 am we will be offering a workshop geared towards kids between the ages of 9 years old and 14 years of age.
