This summer, you’re going to get the opportunity to try out so many exercise options during the Fitness Friday season at the Riverfront! The OSF Saint Katharine Moms on the Move group gives mothers the opportunity to enjoy low-impact physical activity while connecting with others and learning about various topics in motherhood. This group meets at the Dixon walking path, located near Peoria Avenue and River Street. Open to anyone with children. Stroller friendly!
